When a guest is selected on reservation screen the corporate and its demographic information’s are moved automatically and respective credentials are posted to the respective folio.

Company Narration – Remarks or narration can be accepted within the company profile. When the company is invoked in Reservation or Check In the pre defined messages can be seen that is marked in yellow color beside to the company profile.

Rate Grid – it populates the tariffs are assigned in tariff master i.e. seasonal rate, regular rate special rate packages etc…

Tariff Edit – Tariff can be edited and discounts can be accepted.

Special Instruction- Guest Special message or request are accepted in reservation that can be seen by other guest service departments like POS,HK etc…

Reservation Advance –If any advance found in reservation that details will appear inside the reservation screen with yellow shadow.

Routing – This has to be demonstrated especially for business class, 4 start premium and 5 star hotels. Revenue sharing, multiple folios can be created by using the routing option.

Amenities –A total of four amenities requests are accepted from guest as they are Chargeable, non Chargeable, returnable and non returnable

Others – Revenue wise discounts can be assigned within the reservation when invoice or bills are made the pre defined discount is deducted on the bill for the assigned revenue
